Arlyn Zones

Arlyn Zones (MA Theatre Arts) has been involved in the Feldenkrais Method since 1977 and graduated in 1983 from the last training that Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais conducted.  She is one of the most experienced Trainers in the U.S. and has taught in numerous trainings worldwide.  She has directed her own programs  in Europe and North America. Over the last 30 years Arlyn has taught workshops for health professionals, performing artists, and the general public as well as offering post-graduate seminars for Feldenkrais Practitioners.  She lives in San Francisco where she maintains a private practice in which she works with infants, children and adults who are seeking help for a wide range of physical and neurological difficulties.  Her private practice also includes work with dancers, singers and musicians.

Carol Kress

Hawaii Feldenkrais trainerCarol Kress is a highly experienced Feldenkrais Practitioner of more than 20 years, and Trainer who brings to her teaching ​a desire for excellence and a wish to communicate the essence of theFeldenkrais Method. ​In her​ private practice​ she works with both adults and children with a variety of difficulties, including chronic pain and neurological problems, as well as performing artists​. Her work is informed by a long-time involvement in equestrian arts, yoga, a passion for Argentine Tango, and her practice of the martial art of Aikido for which she holds a 4th degree black belt.

​Carol first began to study the Feldenkrais Method in1985, she finished her Feldenkrais ​Professional ​Training Program in 1993. ​Carol​ ​teaches throughout the United States. She is currently completing the editing of Volume One of an in-depth biography of Dr. Feldenkrais, written by her late husband, Trainer, Mark Reese. Carol lives in Marin County, California.

Elizabeth Beringer

Feldenkrais trainerElizabeth Beringer studied and worked closely with Dr. Feldenkrais from 1976 to 1984 in both Israel and the U.S. She has been involved with the practice and development of the Feldenkrais Method for more than 30 years, including founding and editing The Feldenkrais Journal, developing educational programs and materials, and co-founding Feldenkrais Resources with David Zemach-Bersin in 1984.

Elizabeth holds a 6th-degree black belt in the martial art Aikido, which greatly informs her Feldenkrais work. Currently she is the educational director of ongoing training programs in London, Switzerland and in California at the Feldenkrais Institute of San Diego, where she maintains her private practice.

Jeff Haller

feldenkrais trainerDr. Jeff Haller graduated from Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais’ 1983 Amherst training. Jeff founded Inside Moves in 1984 and has an extensive private practice in his hometown of Bellevue, WA. Since 1993, Jeff’s primary focus has been training Feldenkrais practitioners and conducting trainings worldwide. Influenced by Feldenkrais, Aikido, Yoga, Tai Chi and meditation, he continually develops and refines his skills. Find out more at www.insidemoves.org.

Stephanie Spink

Feldenkrais trainer StephanieStephanie Spink began her professional career as a Physiotherapist in Melbourne, Australia. In order to enrich her practice she began exploring alternative modalities for health, well being and personal development. She became intrigued by and engaged with the Feldenkrais Method in 1982, when for her, learning became living and living became learning.  Graduating from the first Melbourne FPTP in 1991, she became an Assistant Trainer in 1997 and Trainer in the Feldenkrais Method in 2010. She has taught in Feldenkrais Training Programs in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Europe and South America and maintains a private practice in Melbourne. She has more than 30 years experience working with people experiencing difficulties in their lives.  Stephanie enjoys sharing her passion and experience of life and learning. She facilitates others in learning how to learn, to live more comfortably and easily and evoking each person’s potential to learn and develop with awareness and self knowledge.
